Ethiopian Kembata Single Origin

Ethiopia is one of our finest single-origin coffees. We roast it on the lighter side of medium, since a darker roast would burn off the delicate berry and caramel notes that make this bean stand out. It's featured in several of our blends, but we think it's often best enjoyed on its own as a single origin. In early 2025, it received a 94 rating in a blind cupping by CoffeeReview.com, and it remains our top-selling coffee.
