Organic Peru Medium Roast

We brought in this Organic washed SHB from Peru from the San Martin region. It is roasted to a beautiful true medium roast. It has full development bringing out its savory notes and body! Wish our COMSA Honduras awaiting the new crop we thought this was a good bean to bring in, in its place!
