Some Serious Gourmet Sh*t (Ethiopia)

While we wait for the new Sumatra Natural crop to come in, allow us to introduce Some More Serious Gourmet Sh*t, this time an Ethiopia Sidamo Natural. Both Organic and Fair Trade! The original Serious Gourmet Sh*t was a Sumatra Mandheling Natural that Mike has called one of the best coffees he's ever roasted, and it earned that reputation honestly. We roasted it 3rd wave style, light to medium, specifically to bring out the “fruit bomb” sweetness that natural processing produces, and tasters agreed: CoffeeReview.com scored it 93 points in a blind cupping in January 2025. Due to demand, this has become a regular offering rather than a one-off batch.
