We source this coffee from Huila, Colombia, a Caturra and Castillo varietal that's earned a permanent spot in our lineup. It's been a reliable go-to for us for quite some time and has never disappointed. This one is versatile by nature: it holds its own as a single origin, works well in a blend, and still shines in a cold brew.
